Cela peut para\u00eetre incroyable, mais c&rsquo;est malheureusement la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 : diverses interdictions visent \u00e0 restreindre l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 des commer\u00e7ants.<\/p>\n                    \n                    <div class=\"intro-text-left-block-texteditor\">\n                        <p>Le dernier exemple en date est l\u2019initiative alimentaire, sur laquelle le peuple et les cantons se prononceront le 27 septembre. Celle-ci vise \u00e0 faire passer le taux d\u2019autosuffisance alimentaire net de la Suisse de 46 % aujourd\u2019hui \u00e0 au moins 70 %. Pour y parvenir, la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration doit notamment promouvoir l\u2019alimentation v\u00e9g\u00e9tale. Il n\u2019y a rien \u00e0 redire \u00e0 cela, mais le moyen choisi n\u2019est pas le bon.<\/p>\n<p>Les opposants \u00e0 l\u2019initiative mettent en garde contre d\u2019\u00e9ventuelles interdictions de cervelas et de fondue. De telles interdictions ou des droits de douane prohibitifs sur les produits d\u2019origine animale constitueraient certainement un s\u00e9rieux probl\u00e8me pour beaucoup d\u2019entre nous. Mais cette initiative soul\u00e8ve un probl\u00e8me bien plus profond encore.<\/p>\n<p>Les auteurs de l\u2019initiative r\u00eavent d\u2019une \u00ab Suisse idyllique \u00bb, o\u00f9 les consommateurs ach\u00e8teraient leurs pommes de terre dans la boutique de la ferme ou, mieux encore, les cultiveraient eux-m\u00eames dans leur jardin. Ils se m\u00e9fient profond\u00e9ment des denr\u00e9es alimentaires provenant de l\u2019\u00e9tranger (comme de nombreux autres produits d\u2019ailleurs).<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019initiative alimentaire touche avant tout les commer\u00e7ants d\u2019aliments pour animaux et de denr\u00e9es alimentaires ; la majeure partie du commerce semble en rester \u00e9pargn\u00e9e. Et pourtant, elle doit \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme une attaque contre l\u2019ensemble du secteur. Quiconque qualifie les importations de mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de \u00ab r\u00e9pr\u00e9hensibles \u00bb et demande \u00e0 l\u2019\u00c9tat de les r\u00e9duire par tous les moyens s\u2019en prend au commerce dans son ensemble. Lorsque les importations sont limit\u00e9es, les exportations en souffrent rapidement elles aussi.<\/p>\n<p>Au Parlement, l\u2019initiative n\u2019avait aucune chance : elle n\u2019a recueilli aucune voix, ni au Conseil national ni au Conseil des \u00c9tats. Il faut esp\u00e9rer qu\u2019elle sera rejet\u00e9e tout aussi massivement par le peuple. Car les interdictions commerciales nuisent en fin de compte \u00e0 tout le monde.<\/p>\n\n                                            <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n\n
