Il y a malheureusement eu une fausse note : il souhaite les soumettre \u00e0 la majorit\u00e9 des cantons. Cette position est juridiquement ind\u00e9fendable et constitue avant tout une man\u0153uvre des repr\u00e9sentants des petits cantons pour se mettre en avant. Ils mettent ainsi en p\u00e9ril, de mani\u00e8re tout \u00e0 fait inutile, l\u2019ensemble du paquet d\u2019accords et, par l\u00e0 m\u00eame, rien de moins que nos relations avec nos principaux partenaires commerciaux. Tous les espoirs reposent d\u00e9sormais sur le Conseil national, qui, esp\u00e9rons-le, corrigera cette d\u00e9cision.<\/p>\n<p>Par ailleurs, le Conseil des \u00c9tats a approuv\u00e9 l\u2019accord de libre-\u00e9change avec les pays du Mercosur. Les \u00e9changes commerciaux avec les pays sud-am\u00e9ricains les plus importants sur le plan \u00e9conomique s\u2019en trouveront ainsi consid\u00e9rablement facilit\u00e9s. Le dossier retourne maintenant au Conseil national. Lors de la premi\u00e8re lecture, une bizarre alliance entre \u00e9cologistes et agriculteurs s\u2019\u00e9tait impos\u00e9e pour rejeter l\u2019accord. Esp\u00e9rons que cette fois-ci, les voix de la raison l\u2019emporteront !<\/p>\n<p>Un autre vote a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9jouissant : le Conseil national a une nouvelle fois clairement montr\u00e9 qu\u2019il ne voulait plus accepter que Temu et d\u2019autres boutiques en ligne asiatiques soient une concurrence d\u00e9loyale pour les marchands suisses. En adoptant \u00e0 une large majorit\u00e9 plusieurs motions, il a charg\u00e9 le Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral d\u2019adapter la loi f\u00e9d\u00e9rale sur les denr\u00e9es alimentaires et les objets usuels afin qu\u2019elle s\u2019applique \u00e9galement aux produits command\u00e9s dans des boutiques en ligne \u00e9trang\u00e8res.<\/p>\n\n                                            <\/div>\n
