Cette fois-ci, il est question des feux d&rsquo;artifice.<\/p>\n                    \n                    <div class=\"intro-text-left-block-texteditor\">\n                        <p>\u00ab La vente et l\u2019utilisation de pi\u00e8ces d\u2019artifice qui causent du bruit sont interdites. \u00bb C&rsquo;est ainsi que les auteurs de l&rsquo;initiative souhaitent l&rsquo;inscrire dans la Constitution f\u00e9d\u00e9rale.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e0 encore, bien s\u00fbr, seule une infime minorit\u00e9 de marchands est directement concern\u00e9e. Ceux qui vendent des machines, des v\u00eatements ou des mat\u00e9riaux de construction n\u2019ont rien \u00e0 craindre. Ou peut-\u00eatre que si ?<\/p>\n<p>En fin de compte, le r\u00e9f\u00e9rendum du 29 novembre ne porte pas seulement sur l\u2019interdiction des feux d\u2019artifice, mais aussi sur cette culture de l\u2019interdiction qui envahit de plus en plus notre pays. Hier, les pailles en plastique ; aujourd\u2019hui, les feux d\u2019artifice ; demain, les chiens ; apr\u00e8s-demain, les voitures ? Le raisonnement est toujours le m\u00eame : cela nuit \u00e0 l\u2019environnement (mais qu\u2019est-ce qui ne lui nuit pas ?), les consommateurs doivent se trouver un nouveau passe-temps, et les marchands concern\u00e9s n\u2019ont qu\u2019\u00e0 se reconvertir.<\/p>\n<p>La question devrait \u00eatre la suivante : dois-je interdire tout ce que je n\u2019utilise pas personnellement ? Le comit\u00e9 de Commerce Suisse a clairement r\u00e9pondu par la n\u00e9gative \u00e0 cette question et recommande de rejeter l\u2019initiative.<\/p>\n<p>Parall\u00e8lement, il s\u2019est prononc\u00e9 en faveur de la r\u00e9vision de la loi sur le mat\u00e9riel de guerre. Celle-ci simplifie les exportations, renforce l\u2019industrie suisse de l\u2019armement et, par cons\u00e9quent, ses sous-traitants.<\/p>\n\n                                            <\/div>\n
