Une r\u00e9vision partielle du droit des contrats de vente et d\u2019entreprise est entr\u00e9e en vigueur au 1er janvier 2026. Dans certains cas, les acheteurs et\/ou les ma\u00eetres d\u2019ouvrage b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d\u00e9sormais de d\u00e9lais de r\u00e9clamation de 60 jours ainsi que de d\u00e9lais de garantie de cinq ans. Les domaines concr\u00e8tement concern\u00e9s et la marge d\u2019argumentation qui en d\u00e9coule seront pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s par Me David Liatowitsch<\/a>, avocat au sein du cabinet d\u2019avocats d\u2019affaires burckhardt SA \u00e0 Zurich, dans le cadre d\u2019un webinaire (en allemand). \u00c0 l\u2019issue de la pr\u00e9sentation, l\u2019intervenant se tiendra \u00e0 disposition pour une discussion.<\/p>\n
